    • How to make chocolate ganache.
    • How to do the chocolates ganache drips on cream cakes.
    • How to work with edible photos.
    • How to make a chocolate cage and to wrap it on the cake.

    Learn the buttercream techniques;

    • Marble/Watercolor
    • Textured
    • Rustic
    • Fault Line Learn to use the
    • Major piping tips.

    Whipping Cream.

    • How to whip the cream to the desired consistency.
    • Coloring and flavoring.
    • Decorating a cake using whipped cream.
    • How to pipe.

    COURSE COST: KSH 20,000

    To confirm the slot, a downpayment of atleast 50% is required , with the balance to be paid before the start of the classes.
